I love the food at this place but the service isn't the friendliest. They take some time to warm up to you. Still I've tried most of their menu and it has all been wonderful except for the Hot American that was greasy. The restaurant itself is dimly lite and with a romantic ambiance. I order their take away all the time and am very happy they are so close. It's a great place for Italian.

A perfectly decent local Italian that also does delivery and take-away. Not worth a journey, but fine for a last-minute meal if you don't want to make a journey or splurge. Plenty of regulars from the area.

I very rarely go to a restaurant more then once but I have to say Paradiso is my home away from home. I used to live very close to the restaurant but even though I moved to Hackney I still try to go at least three times a week after work, Anyway that's enough about my personal life, The food is eminse, service is 100%, The manager always greets me like he hasn't seen me for weeks! I would highly recommend the pescatoria (mixed sea food tomato sauce dish with your choice of pasta) or their home made Lasagna & as a nice desert another fav of mine is their home made Tiramisu.
